Tracy Hilliard, PhD, MPH

Tracy Hilliard is an independent public health consultant. She recently earned her PhD in health services from the University of Washington, where she also earned her MPH in Health Services with a concentration in maternal and child health, and her B.A. with in Sociology. Most recently, she has served as a consultant to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Center for Public Health Systems and Services Research, and Group Health Research Institute (Center for Community Health & Evaluation). Her research and programmatic interests include eliminating health disparities through addressing social determinants, community-based research and programming, chronic disease prevention, workforce research and planning, and systems strengthening. She also enjoys utilizing her strengths and skills for leadership and active involvement in professional and community-based organizations.
